Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups unsweetened, plant-based milk (almond, coconut, flax, hemp, oat, or rice)
  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 small, unpeeled, organic apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed from 1 small lemon 
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated 
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seed hearts
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ 

Step-by-Step:

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Drink or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 36 hours or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Store the leftover shake in a glass container such as a mason jar with an airtight lid to avoid degradation or oxidation of the nutrients. To slow down the process of oxidation, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of lemon juice before storing.

  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  •  1/3 cup celery (2 medium stalks), chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley 
  • 1 small, unpeeled, organic apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or ginger paste 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed from 1 medium lemon

Optional:

  • 1–2 leaves fresh mint  

Step-by-Step:

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth (add mint as an option if desired). Add more plant-based milk as needed for desired consistency. Drink or store in a glass airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
